The differences between Paleo and Keto Diets

Secondly, even if the paleo diet focuses on consuming a big amount of healthy fats, paleo diet users still eat less fat than keto diet users. In order to achieve ketosis, the keto diet focuses on the macronutrient ratio which is the amount of fats, carbs, and proteins in each meal. This fat is the primary macro for keto. On the other hand, in paleo diet, there is no limitation from counting macronutrients.

In general, whether you are following Paleo or keto diet you will benefit from many advantages, for example; reducing weight, lowering inflammation, and balancing blood pressure and cholesterol.
